The AUA Foundation hosted this important forum for women, by women. Millions live with unwanted leakage of urine. This on-line Webinar forum from the American Urological Association Foundation, the International Continence Society, the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders, the National Association for Continence, and the Simon Foundation featured nationally known experts to:
1. Explain incontinence in women.
2. Identify the impact of incontinence on health and wellness.
3. Discuss the stigma associated with bladder and bowel problems.
4. Describe what can be done to prevent incontinence.
5. Explain the self-care measures that can improve the lives of those with incontinence.
6. Identify treatment options for women with incontinence.
